By downloading, installing, or using Del Rio Argentine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Del Rio Argentine is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and over. By using the App, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we reasonably suspect the user is underage.
Del Rio Argentine uses virtual coins and gems as in-game currency. These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services, and are non-transferable. All virtual currency balances may be reset or removed at our discretion.
Del Rio Argentine does not constitute real money gambling. No real money is wagered or won. The App is a social entertainment product only.
You agree not to: use cheats, exploits, or automation software; harass other players; attempt to access other users' accounts; reverse engineer or copy the App; use the App for any commercial purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your virtual currency and game progress will be lost.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or that virtual currency will be preserved indefinitely.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.
To request deletion of your data, email support@del-rio-argentine.com with your GAID (Android Advertising ID) and the subject line "Privacy Request — Data Deletion". We will process all requests within 30 days.
Del Rio Argentine is a social casino entertainment app. All content — visual, audio, and interactive — is created for mature audiences aged 18 and over.
All coins and gems within Del Rio Argentine are virtual items with no monetary value. The App does not offer, facilitate, or simulate real-money gambling in any legally regulated sense.
The App may display third-party advertisements. We do not control the content of third-party ads but require them to comply with our content standards: no adult content, no misleading claims, no content inappropriate for users who are 18+.
Del Rio Argentine does not currently support user-generated content such as chat or public profiles. Should such features be added, users will be prohibited from submitting content that is illegal, hateful, or harmful.
All game assets, characters, artwork, music, and software are the intellectual property of PLEASE RELEASE ME LTD or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or modifying any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Del Rio Argentine is a free-to-play app supported by optional video advertising. This policy explains how advertising works within the App.
We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (GAID) to show relevant ads. You can reset or opt out of personalised ads in your Android device settings under Google → Ads.
We do not allow: ads for real-money gambling, adult content, illegal products, or content targeting children. We review our ad network settings regularly to enforce these standards.
You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting your Android Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation. You will still see ads but they will not be personalised based on your interests.
